Welcome to my site. My name is Angielena W. and I am an Early Childhood Professional. I have my A.A.S. in Early Childhood Education from Ivy Tech Community College; my B.S. in Child Development with a concentration in Preschool from Walden University; my M.S. in Early Childhood Studies with a concentration in Teaching and Learning in Early Childhood Settings from Walden University, and am currently a doctoral candidate for my EdD in Educational Leadership and Early Childhood Special Education.

I love to share my journey in this field, to include my trials and tribulations, success stories and gobs of resources for children, families and early childhood professionals. I have facilitated workshops at the Indiana Association for the Education of Young Children Annual Conference, the Child and Adult Care Food Program Annual Conference, The Strengthening Families Institute, and the National Black Child Development Institute Annual Conference.

Originally from Chicago, IL, I am now settled here in Indianapolis, IN with my family. My husband and I both proudly served and retired from the United States Army/Indiana Army National Guard and have six wonderful children, ranging in ages 30 years to 20 years of age. We also love our four legged children!
